LeToya Hires Alicia Keys Management
Hiphop Prophet says:Singer/actress LeToya has reportedly switched her management to MBK management with Jeff Robinson, who is the long time manager of R&B superstar Alicia Keys.The singer actually inked the deal a few weeks before her sophomore album "Lady Love" dropped, but the news has only been made official now after LeToya suddenly appeared on MBK's official website with a glowing biography and ads for her album.The news comes after LeToya expressed her disappointment with the lack of promotion she's received from label Capitol during a live Ustream chat on August 24th, the eve of her album release."When ain't nobody else lookin' out for you, you've got to look out for yourself and promote yourself," she said. "I don't feel that my album was promoted the way it shoulda been promoted, but I'm not mad at it. God gave me a chance to do a second album, it'll be on shelves regardless, and the music will speak for itself."Hopefully it'll be a situation where it's word of mouth" she continued. Project Runway all-star Chris March, he of the outlandish costume design and seemingly incessant narcolepsy, has filed suit against Beyoncé's world tour costume designers (but not the star herself) for failing to make good on payments promised for properly outfitting Sasha Fierce.Those robogloves and futuristic superhero outfits don't pay for themselves, you know.March, who placed fourth on both the All-Star special last week and during the fourth season of the reality hit, filed the suit on July 23, seeking upwards of $45,000 for wardrobe services rendered."Chris March's lawsuit is not against Beyoncé, but rather against Thierry Mugler and Tancrede Prinz, who owe Chris money for having designed and fitted Beyoncé's costumes," March's lawyer, Leslie Ben-Zvi, told E! Beyonce moving to Singapore
Beyonce Knowles is set to rent a £5 million Singapore apartment.The 'Crazy in Love' singer will be headlining the city's F1 Rocks concert next month and she and rapper husband Jay-Z want somewhere luxurious to stay.The couple have been looking at plush penthouses in the city's Marina Bay area, and one pad which has impressed them has an incredible 360-degree view of the city and the sea.A source said: "Beyonce and Jay-Z love Singapore and don't want to just stay at a hotel while they are their. Some of the apartments they've seen have been fantastic but their favourite is the one of the stunning views."Beyonce will be joined at F1 Rocks by Black Eyed Peas and N.E.R.D.The event - which will also feature performances from ZZ Top, Simple Minds, Chinese singer Jacky Cheung, Taiwanese hip-hop band Da Mouth and Taiwanese pop band Sodagreen - is to be the first of eight F1 Rocks concerts planned by Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone to tie in with races across the season.The event takes place on the days of September 24-26 at Fort Canning Park, in Singapore.The Singapore Grand Prix is held on September 27.
LeToya Estimates
Based on first day sales LeToya's sophomore album "Lady Love" is predicted to sell roughly between 25-30k in it's first week, and should debut at about #5 or #6 on the Billboard 200.
Whoah! I am kinda surprised and even though she has been on the campaign trail, I dont think her first single "Not Anymore" did her any favours. "Regret" is about to be a certified banger and should have changed the sales figures drastically.
Solange Vs Kelly
Interestingly enough...both Kelly and Solange are currently working on their new albums. Without a doubt I bet you anything that Mathew will wait for Kelly to give her release date then he will put Solange up against her on the same week.
We will have to wait and see but he did the same with LeToya and Beyonce on LeToya's first album. What is to say he wont do it now?

MOBO's: Beyonce Nominated
The MOBO Awards, which recognizes music of black origin, will take place on Sept. 30 at Glasgow SECC and be screened live on digital channel BBC Three.
Beyoncé has two further nominations for best album for "I Am... Sasha Fierce" (Columbia) and "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" for best video.

Mathew Knowles will be teaching eager undergrads all about the music industry this fall.StyleMagazine.com reports that Mathew is set to teach a course called The Entertainment Industry at the Texas Southern University.“Our goal is to provide these students with such a well-rounded experience that they will graduate on the cutting edge of the entertainment and recording industry,” said TSU School of Communications deal Dr. James Ward. New Album Talk : Kelly Rowland
Isaac Matthew's took these amazing shots of Kelly Rowland recently in line with talking on her new album:
"Here [In America], sometimes it’s like my music didn’t quite work, but overseas it’s on top of everybody’s chart. I’ve had more international success than domestic success, and I think that opens my eyes up to music. I mean, I just got back from performing in Lebanon. Lebanon!” she says.“I have a new boost of energy. All the creative juices are flowing, and I’m having so much fun in the studio because I’m making dance records. And I’m working with producers who are just as curious about the sound internationally, too.”
Her new album will be coming out late 2009/early 2010. I seriously cannot wait for Kelly to come out and do her own thing! But I believe there is alot of pressure for her to perform well in sales now that Mathew is off her back. Maybe this is a decider on whether to keep it in America or Internationally. We will have to wait and see! Go Kelly......

According to Amazon the next single coming from Beyonce will be "Video Phone". I am so over this Sasha era now and wish she would just go on hiatus. "Single ladies" and "If I were a boy" were great but ever since then the video churned out are boring, low budget and stuck on the same routines.
I expect Video Phone to be no different. I can just imagine it now... Beyonce on a Video Phone strutting around and simulating sex with it. YAWN!
Remembering Aaliyah
8 years ago today the lovely Aaliyah left our world for a better one. I loved Aaliyah and just had to do a short post to offer some peace to her memory and her family. Michelle extends Chicago Run
Michelle Williams has extended her engagement in the West End production of Chicago and will now appear in the show for a further three weeks, through Sept. 12.
Aww I am so pleased for her. She seems to be having a good time and I think she got this acting thing down. Maybe she should go into movies!! Hollywood baby!

There is one way at the moment we would get to see Destiny's Child together hopefully collecting an award.VH1 Diva's Voting is currently taking place which will be aired on the 17th September. Interesting things are starting to happen.
1. Angela's (Beyonce's cousin top left) started a journey of becoming fit and healthy...turning her body around into something sexy.
2. Her whole wiki page has been deleted.
3. We think she is about to become another Knowles family member to step into the limelight.
You may or not know but Angela has "written" a few songs with Beyonce, Kelly and Solange. Rumours are swirling she now wants her own deal and Papa Knowles has given her instructions to shape up or no deal.

As soon as Kelly stepped from MWE and Mathew she suddenly came into her own. Got a No1 Record and got her friend back too. Could there be a duet in the works? Well that is what I am hearing. Brandy is to duet with Kelly on K's new album. They have been spending time having fun and vibing off one another...if they havent gone into the studio yet then they will be shortly.

So what about the talks of Destiny’s Child reforming? I really have no idea, people say we’re getting back together in 2011, then some others will say I heard y’all getting back together in 2012…”. Beyonce has confirmed that Jay-Z's upcoming book won't be revealing intimate details of their marriage.Last week it emerged the Roc-A-Fella entrepreneur was penning his own book titled 'Decoded', which would explore some of his lyrics. Some reports also suggested that the publication would be a tell-all autobiography, discussing everything about his personal life to his homelife with Knowles.But Bey has laughed off any chance of her husband getting graphic. Talking to Extra, Beyonce says: "I think he's doing a book - it actually is not a biography. It [the marriage story] is never gonna happen."
